Indonesia - Gorontalo Basin 2D Seismic Survey

Located in the northern part of the Indonesian island of Sulawesi, Fugro and Searcher acquired the NewLOOK seismic survey (1,412 kms) and the Gorontalo (5,643 kms) 2D Seismic Surveys in 2005/2006.

Subsequent interpretation of the acquired data has revealed a new geological picture that challenges pre-existing ideas about tectonic development and the hydrocarbon prospectivity of the region.
