Australia - Phoenix New Non-Exclusive 3D Seismic Survey

Fugro Multi Client Services will acquire ~1,100 km2 of new 3D seismic data offshore Western Australia, over the Phoenix gas discovery.

The blocks lie in an underexplored area between the prolific Carnarvon Basin hydrocarbon province to the southwest and the Browse Basin to the northeast. The area has potential for large reserves of recoverable gas, to date only six wells have been drilled in the area.
